Very nice hotel that was in the middle of town. We stayed for three days and the room had good accomodations. The breakfast was good with eggs, sausage, gravy, and pancakes with strawberry sauce. There were rocking chairs outside of the room which I thought was a nice touch, but it was too cold to be outside in the rocking chairs.

Stopped in on the way home when the Winter storm was supposed to hit. Everyone at the front desk was extremely welcoming and also kept us up to date with the weather the next morning for our journey home. My husband and I will most definitely be returning customers:). Thank you for the great stay!

This has been my favorite room on this trip, no hesitation, no question. It was clean, smelled good, and huge! The breakfast was SO good! And I love that they have a selection of teas in addition to coffee available all day long! We will be back!

This is our favorite place to stay, beds are comfortable and rooms are clean, the staff is great, kay, Sherri, carla and james at the front desk are great employees and care about thhere jobs. I believe in getting names when writing a review if you get good sevice, my family and i go as often as we can and we love maggie valley , one of my friends and i went and she also liked staying here , home away from home

The location was good and the room was clean. The reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 was because the lady at check in. She was telling me that just because people make reservations online they are not guaranteed a room. That was a little unsettling to me. We had driven almost 3 hours and booked the room online before we left our house. If we would have got there and not had a room after booking on Best Westerns website, I would have been very upset. She also told me that they don’t book to locals who live within 30 minutes of the hotel because they tend to cause a lot of damages. That made me a little nervous, like we were staying in an unsafe area.

Room was very clean and reasonably priced. Staff was nice. Unfortunately due to an unexpected death in the family we had to cut our trip short, but we look forward to exploring Maggie Valley and staying here again.
